Environmental Engineering Services
March 1st, 2001, CBC Engineers & Associates, Ltd. essentially went "Green" when we hired Mr. Ed Galaska as our Senior Environmental Scientist adding Environmental Engineering Services to our capabilities. Ed and his team of field technicians and an additional Environmental Scientist have added a new dimension to CBC. Often times when it comes to "Land Development" having the Environmental Engineering experience makes CBC an easy choice to remain on the project to provide our other field and design services, becoming a very knowledgeable partner with our Client.
With today's regulations only getting tighter for all types of land development from a Retail Development to a Coal Mine Development, CBC has the capabilities to help with all of the important permitting. From performing ASTM Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment to securing mine permits such as 401, 402 & 404, KYDNR and WVDEP, CBC stands ready and capable of providing a full service to our Client.
Partnership, trust and solving problems has earned CBC the opportunity to work for the same Clients many times and some times for years. There is nothing more critical to getting your project off the ground than proper advice and Environmental Inspection that CBC provides. Do not get caught with a site with contaminated soils or a building with asbestos in it. Call CBC before you buy the land or building to help you make the purchase decision. Even if the site of building does require clean up after the purchase, CBC will help provide that information up front to help mitigate the cost at the sellers expense and not yours.
